Full-time (32+hrs. per week) $2000 Part-time (24+ hrs. per week) $1000 We are hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) available to work: Full Time, Part-Time or PRN Registered Nurse Monday to Friday (for Full Time) 8am- 4:30pm (for Full Time) Occasional evening and weekend call responsibilities Pay-per-visit fee structure provides flexibility to our clinicians, who can set their own schedules. Compensation: We have a pay-per-visit fee structure, with additional hourly pay to thorough orientation, regular trip fees, weekly clinical education, and case management responsibilities. Most nurses working with our pay-per-visit structure average around $35- $39/hour DOE . Home health nursing is an entrepreneurial approach to nursing! The number of hours you choose to work and kinds of assignments you accept will determine your pay. There is a potential to earn up to $45/hour. 3 opportunities for raises your 1st year. Benefits: Our employees who work 24 or more hours per week qualify for a full range of benefits including: PTO Health Vision Dental 401K Discounts from our Pharmacy Responsibilities: As an RN in Home Health, you are the case manager for every client you open. You provide and direct the care prescribed by the physician or other primary care provider. You work in a highly collaborative environment, coordinating your plan with other skilled clinicians, paraprofessionals, agency personnel, physicians, midlevel provides, and community resources to make a difference in the lives of your clients. You make comprehensive evaluation visits and, in collaboration with the team, develop a skilled nursing plan of care for the client. You follow up on your plan, with or without the assistance of an LPN, to provide skilled nursing care and high-quality education that clients and their caregivers need to stay safe and to progress to their provider-approved goals. Expect variety! We do not insert IVs or PICC lines, but we manage PICC infusions at home, teach clients to perform infusions, perform skilled wound assessments and care, provide the crucial hands-on management of changing treatments and medications, educate clients in their new diagnoses, perform --and much more. We offer a full orientation and preceptor program to new staff: you won't be sent to a challenging case without the training you need to succeed. Qualifications: Nursing degree from an accredited college or university. Clear unencumbered license from the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse. Excellent communication skills. Prefer at least 6 months of experience in providing nursing care (hospital, nursing home, surgical center, physician office, etc.) but not required. Prefer experience in home care, but not required.
