Centric Mechanical Services is looking for a Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The perfect candidate will have at least 6+ months of experience in the field or a combination of education and experience. This is a paid hands-on training position. Qualifications: 6+ months of HVAC field experience, or a combination of education and experience EPA Universal Certification Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Pass a background check and drug screen Well-organized mindset while working independently Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques Ability to make repair and replacement decisions Able to repair light commercial HVAC equipment Impeccable customer service skills Ability to operate scissors and genie lifts in a safe manner Read and understand basic electrical schematic diagrams Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques Willingness to attend training classes and seminars Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Possesses tools needed for the job High school diploma or equivalent Completion of HVAC trade school - desired Position Overview: Service repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of commercial heating and air conditioning systems Primarily working in office budlings repairing rooftop units and other light commercial equipment Offering the customer, a high-quality experience Training provided on Trane, Carrier, York, and Lennox equipment, etc. Provides feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing.
