RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for instruction of daily workouts for assigned age groups of swimmers at the Aquatic Center. Attends all swim team functions including but not limited to, practices, meets, and coach/parent meetings. Responsible for enforcing rules, and maintaining safety and enjoyment for all swim team participants. Assists with facility setup and clean up for each home meet. Communicates frequently with participants, parents, and team representatives. REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to swim. Must have basic knowledge of the four basic strokes of competitive swimming. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions and have excellent written and oral communication skills. Good organizational skills a plus. WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Work is primarily done in an outdoor pool setting. Primarily scheduled in the mornings, with some evenings during the week. Must be able to work 5 days per week.
