We are currently seeking a part-time Host/Hostess to join our team! The position is responsible for facilitating reservations for the restaurant and providing a gracious initial contact with arriving guests. DUTIES: - To anticipate, understand, and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.- To provide prompt, efficient, and gracious customer service, in person or over the telephone, including making restaurant reservations, greeting and seating guests, and responding to all requests for information regarding the restaurant and hotel.- To manage the seating of guests in a manner that ensures smooth and timely service. QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous hotel or restaurant experience preferred.- English fluency required.- Familiar with proper etiquette of seating and salutations.
