The resort offers 127 comfortable rooms and suites, Cork | Fire Kitchen, and a 27-hole championship golf course. The challenging golf course helped earn Temecula Creek Inn a Four Star rating by Golf Digest's Places to Play.We are currently seeking an Guest Services Supervisor to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Outside Services including the Starters/Players Assistants. Previous hospitality experience and/or golf knowledge is preferred for this role. DUTIES: - To train new staff on the company's policies and procedures including assisting guests, pace of play clocks, safety training, etc.- To schedule all outside staff and adjust labor to be consistent with golf course occupancy.- To ensure all cart maintenance is completed in a timely and satisfactorily manner, and review the cart repair log daily. To ensure the course has the appropriate number of golf carts to accommodate events. QUALIFICATIONS: - Golf knowledge preferred.- Previous hotel and/or golf experience preferred.Please see the job description for more information.
