Join us for a fun summer on Marblehead Harbor where you will work with a great team and wonderful club members! We are hiring for an experienced Lead Bartender for our 2023 season-opening day is 4/29! The ideal candidate will be hard-working, energetic and possess a passion for exceeding guests' expectations. This full-time position requires weekend, evening and holiday shifts. Candidates must be T.I.P.S or ServSafe Alcohol certified and at least 18 years of age. What you can bring to the table: Eager to support and assist the F&B Managers in enforcing all Club policies. Willing to receive and provide direction to staff while maintaining a positive attitude. Consistent friendly, professional, knowledgeable service with a smile Excellent communication and hospitality skills Reliability to support the team for your schedule shifts. Adhere to local and state laws and the club's policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages to members and guests. Knowledgeable of standard drink recipes Pay: $9.00/hr. + Guaranteed Gratuities and Bonus Eligibility We look forward to hearing from you!
