As our new Hiring and Recruitment Coordinator, you help strengthen our company by sourcing and recruiting talented candidates for open positions. You are the contact person for applicants interested in joining our company, so you answer any questions they have and assist them with the application process. When a position opens, you review resumes and schedule interviews with promising candidates. Depending on how the interview goes, you decide whether to reject the applicant or advocate for them to be hired.
