YOUR SCHEDULE This position typically works at our health and wellness office Monday through Thursday and occasionally on Friday. The office hours are from 9:00 am - 6:30 pm, except on Wednesday when they are from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. There is no work on weekends except for optional events. MAKE A DIFFERENCE AS OUR CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT - FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST You're the friendly voice on the phone and the cheerful person who greets our patients when they arrive at our office. Scheduling appointments is one of your primary responsibilities. Whether you are booking appointments in person or over the phone, you listen attentively and use your exceptional customer service skills to address patients' concerns. You also make sure our files are well-organized and prepared. When new patients join us, you assist them with filling out their paperwork and verify its accuracy and completeness. As a team player, you enjoy supporting our staff in any way you can, and you take pleasure in getting to know our patients. You feel great satisfaction as you witness people progress with each visit, and you take pride in helping them achieve their health and wellness goals! WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT - FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST We're looking for someone that is organized, capable of managing multiple office tasks, has excellent phone skills, is a customer service rock star, and can communicate clearly and effectively.
