Key Responsibilities Full cycle payroll accountability - from running timecard reports, managing PTO policies, etc., performance data entry calculations and analysis to ADP system entry and reporting Processing payroll related updates in ADP (i.e., onboarding, compensation, insurance deductions, 401k contributions, child support, garnishments) Engaging with associates to ensure they have everything they need during onboarding and ad hoc as needed. Maintaining all employee status updates in ADP Workforce Now and e-files timely and accurately Supporting required admin documentation and processes - handbook, performance and coaching, policy updates, insurance coordination, workers compensation, garnishments, support orders, insurance reconciliations, etc. Additional business tasks as needed for corporate office. Professional, reliable and consistent in attendance. The individual who joins the Telle Tire team will have lots of opportunities to learn different tasks and to engage in a wide spectrum of assignments in a growing organization! Strongly Preferred Requirements Bachelors and/or Certificate(s) in Human Resources or Related Field HR Work Experience in mid-sized or large business Clear written and oral communication skills Strong Microsoft Office capabilities Experience with Recruiting, ADP Workforce Now, OSHA, and/or AAIM Compliance oriented - familiar with applicable Federal and State Rules & Regulations Organized, adaptable, analytical & efficient Independent, self-starter with first time work quality Fantastic Career Opportunity: Compensation based on qualifications and experience Why Telle Tire & Auto Centers?
