Life Care Center is hiring a CERTIFIED NURSE ASSISTANT (CNA) to work providing both short term rehabilitation and long-term care on the BAYLOR PLAN-WEEKEND PACKAGE . All new hires must be COVID-19 vaccinated or have a medical or religious accommodation before you start . Baylor Plan-Weekend Package Sign-On Bonus for CNA, Full-time: $3,000/Part-time: $1,500. Please be aware that Life Care Center has not posted salary information for this position other than the sign-on bonuses listed. Any rates other than the bonuses have been generated by Indeed and do not reflect the rates at Life Care Center. Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the incumbent Certified Nurse Aide utilizes a general understanding of the principles of Nursing and basic physical assessment skills in the development of and implementation of individualized Nursing Care Plans to ensure that the needs of the customers are met. The Certified Nurse Aide performs various customer care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of customers. Requirements: The Certified Nurse Assistant must have successfully completed a State approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program. Experience is preferred in geriatric or rehabilitative Nursing.
