Research Scientist for Human Resources Research Organization to work at our Alexandria, VA loc. May telecommute up to two days per week. Develop research + quality control plans. Develop survey, testing, + training materials. Develop data collection materials. Direct projects. Develop budget + monitor project expenditures. Create databases. Perform statistical analysis + interpret results. Write reports + present project findings. Assist in proposal writing to secure new contracts. Monitor performance of team. Little domestic travel may be involved. Must have Ph.D. (ABD) in rel social sciences field. Alternatively, applicants may have Masters in rel social sciences field, 2 yrs of rel educational research exp, and skill in (2 yrs exp): statistical analysis, assessment development, data evaluation, management and reporting.
