Summary Objective Under general supervision, receives and directs heavy phone call volume for City services, resolves problems, and complaints; provides general information services and customer service work of more than average difficulty in the billing, collection, and servicing of customer accounts. The Senior Customer Service Representative must perform more complex tasks and duties, providing all customers with the best customer service experience. Must be experienced in performing customer conflict resolutions. Knowledgeable of customer service operations and procedures and have the ability to apply them without immediate supervision Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED and five (5) years experience in clerical accounting work, maintaining and verifying fiscal records and accounts, including lead worker level or supervisory responsibility or any equivalent combination of training and experience. Written civil service examination required. This position requires the successful passing of a background check and drug screening . All applicants must upload an educational diploma/degree, certifications, and a valid State of Florida Driver's License to the document section of the online application.
