Our resort is a high demand destination that offers 3 outdoor pools, 2 outdoor hot tubs, 2 large waterslides, a marina will a fleet of rental boats, kayaks, paddle boards, aqua-cycles, and jet-skis, live entertainment on the weekends and holidays, million-dollar Table Rock Lake views, and so much more!! The perfect person for this position will: Be creative by finding out of the box ways to turn less than ideal guest experiences around. Create and implement a recognition program for guest birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions. Travel around property to engage with any guests they see. Find ways to enhance the guest experience by partnering with activities. Be the face of Still Waters Customer Service. Utilize our guest communication platform to encourage attendance at events and popular areas. Find ways to encourage positive reviews when guests have a great experience. Requirements: Proven customer service experience and success Valid driver license and reliable transportation Flexible schedule to be available at the peak occupancy times (which varies by season) Highly positive and motivated Large personalities are encouraged to apply!
