Title: Graphic Designer Responsibilities: Design and develop graphics, illustrations, and layouts for projects, briefings, publications, and sites, including, but not limited to, typography, visual concepts, logo and icon designs, websites, videos, flash animation, motion graphics, print (manuals, handbooks, posters, brochures, signage, exhibit booths, presentations, reports) and interactive materials and PowerPoint presentation s . Selects techniques best suited to produce desired visual effects in conformance with established quality and design standards and specified reproduction medium, including industry best practices and organizational guidelines. Develops and maintains knowledge of alternative production techniques and resources. Determines style, technique, and medium best suited to produce desired effects and conform to reproduction requirements Minimum Qualifications : Education: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or directly related field (e.g., Art, Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, etc.) Must have proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites (i.e., Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, After Effects etc.) Knowledge of wireframe and prototyping tools ( I.e. wireframe.cc, inVision , flinto , axure ) Experience with implementing 508 compliance requirements to ensure compliance with Federal regulations. Two (2) years of related experience Professional Skills: Excellent verbal, graphical, interpersonal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must possess strong analytical, organizational and project management skills. Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing client support, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy. Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information. Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
