JOB SUMMARY: Coordinates and arranges California Games Section Dealers by performing the following duties below. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinates California Games dealer rotations for live games in a fair and objective manner. Must have full knowledge of all monthly casino promotions. Completes employment-related paperwork to include payroll inquiries. Assists in evaluating Dealer performance. Provides information in written and verbal form to keep dealers up-to-date on changes in policy, new promotions, and important events. Tracks on-going games. Checks and monitors Dealer tip contribution forms for correct amounts. Handles extensive phone inquiries. Provides leadership and serves as a positive role model to staff. Attends training as appropriate to fulfill requirements, update job skills and promote development, and arranges staff to do the same. Must be able to concentrate in an intense, fast-paced environment with numerous distractions. Must be available to work any shift including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime when needed. Other job-related duties as assigned. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE : Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
