JOB SUMMARY / DESCRIPTION The Director of Hosted Services provides core executive leadership and oversight to the ECRS Hosted Services Teams. This person owns the overall department performance and responsibility for driving revenue and profitable growth through ECRS hosted services; Web Cart, Online Backup, Gateway, Loyalty Bot, E-Payments, Data Warehouse, Produce Recognition, and the Recommendation Engine. RESPONSIBILITIES Grow and retain ECRS Hosted Services revenue by developing and implementing strategic revenue attainment metrics and goals, performing ongoing analyses of individual and team goal attainment, identifying new revenue opportunities. Grow subscription retention rate. Provide ongoing guidance and vision for new products and or product enhancements. Recruit, retain, coach, and lead Hosted Services business unit team members. Prioritize Hosted Services Department programs and projects based on organizational objectives dealing with changing needs, resource capacity constraints, risk exposure, and more. Provide quarterly reporting to the Executive Team that breaks down business performance by hosted service. Ensure Hosted Services team members receive adequate technical, product, and skills training, coaching, and counseling to enable them to contribute to the success of their team and the organization. Establish and communicate expectations with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure business priorities, goals, and objectives are clear. Provide leadership guidance to the President and CEO on matters of hosted services. QUALIFICATIONS MBA or equivalent experience. Ardent desire for responsibility and accountability. Ability to quickly align and execute the intentions of corporate leadership. Minimum of five years management and leadership experience. Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. Process-driven personality and an understanding of process management. Capable of managing multiple priorities to meet changing requirements. Ability to lead up, across and down the organizational chart. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong personal desire to produce high quality results. Ability to prioritize. Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to lead a team. Open-minded and able to listen to and make maximum use of other people's ideas.
