HVAC Field Service Supervisor Able Heating & Air i s a family owned heating and air conditioning company who has been proudly serving the residents and businesses of Culpeper and surrounding areas for over 11 years. Our team of professionals continually stay up to date with the newest techniques and equipment, staying one step ahead of the competition. Position Summary: Provide training to entry level technicians beginning in the trade and continuous training to experienced technicians. Conduct ride alongs with techs for training and coaching, meet one-on-one with technicians, plan in house meetings and trainings. Offer technical support to field personnel and assist with troubleshooting techniques. Running service calls would also be required. Pay Scale : $30.00 - $35.00/hr + SPIFFs and Bonus opportunity What We Offer: Lucrative pay structure Comprehensive Benefits Package Paid time off.
