Commercial HVAC Contractor in the greater St. Louis Metro Areas is hiring! We have an immediate opening for a Journeyman Commercial HVAC Installer. This position will install commercial heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation systems. Job Title: Journeyman Commercial HVAC Installer Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with occasional overtime Compensation: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience Benefits Offered: Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401K with company match Paid vacation Paid holidays Company paid training for certifications / licensing Company uniform / vehicle / phone Position Summary: To install commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Qualifications: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Pass background check and drug screen Commercial retrofit Installation ST. Louis county Journeyman License Chiller and boiler installation experience High school diploma or equivalent EPA Certification or acquire during employment Daikin and / or Mitsubishi VRF/VRV Certified desired Walk-in cooler experience desired Sheet metal fabrication experience for on-site transitions Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems, spiral, flex etc. Proficient in installing Gas Pips, Refrigeration Pipe etc. Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Configuring controls Experience with HVAC low voltage systems - wiring up equipment Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings Work from 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder Operate scissors and genie lifts in safe manner Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. Certification of completion from an HVAC technical school / 2-year degree desired HVAC installer, journeyman, installation technician, HVAC HVAC Technician, AC installer, AC Company
