Responsible for maintenance and repair of heavy duty trucks; must have own tools, mechanical experience with heavy duty/commercial trucks; operating overhead crane and/or fork lift a plus; able to work in high elevation and confined spaces. Education/Experience: Basic mechanical skill level Owns basic hand tools Electric and pneumatic drilling, grinding power tool capabilities Recognize mechanical components and familiar with basic mechanical repairs Basic use of torch set Basic use of MIG/TIG welder Able to diagnose and repair problems Capable of driving, backing up semi-tractor and trailer; in yard and shop area Makes good use of time and remains productive Strong documentation skills Job Posted by ApplicantPro
