The best car or truck, the best parts, the best service, the best overall experience. Job Description DCD Automotive is seeking experienced Facilities Management Techs. The ideal candidate must be outgoing, enthusiastic, self-motivated, punctual and personable. Job Responsibilities: Responsible to complete all specified maintenance work assigned by Facilities Management personnel. Reviews plans, specifications etc. for new or ongoing construction projects or renovations for the company. Performs troubleshooting and replacement of malfunctioning equipment. Performs preventative maintenance work, as assigned. Must be able to solely and safely lift and move materials of up to approximately 50 lbs. Is required to maintain a current and valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record as established by the Company's insurance provider. Must read and comprehend instructions and information, both orally and in writing. Must be able to effectively communicate. Education and/or experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 years specified trade experience. HVAC, Carpentry or Electrical experience a plus. We are excited about meeting you!
