In order to provide this exceptional level of treatment, our doctor, Dr. Adam, practices a very specific technique called Torque Release Technique (TRT). THE SCHEDULE FOR OUR PATIENT INTAKE SPECIALIST - OFFICE ADMIN This administrative position typically works at our health and wellness clinic Monday through Thursday and occasionally on Friday. The office hours are from 9:00 am - 6:30 pm, except on Wednesday when they are from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. There is no work on weekends except for optional events. YOUR ROLE AS OUR PATIENT INTAKE SPECIALIST - OFFICE ADMIN You are an essential part of our practice, making a positive first impression as the friendly voice on the phone and cheerful greeter at our front desk. You perform various tasks each day that support our practice, including scheduling appointments, organizing files, and helping new patients fill out paperwork. As a team player, you enjoy supporting our staff and getting to know our patients, taking pride in helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.
