What We Offer Weekly Pay Quarterly Performance Payments A complete benefits package after 90 days (Medical, Dental, Vision) 401(k) after 90 days Paid Time Off after 90 days Wellness programs and incentives Tuition reimbursement Career path planning with on-the-job training Job Responsibilities Performs tool work and plans mechanical updates on plant equipment, troubleshoots plant. equipment and keeps up assigned work orders. Performing precise tool work on secondary equipment, using prints. Troubleshooting machinery with/without the use of control prints. Designs and installs simple air and fluid system modifications and updates prints (where applicable). Calibrates systems and machine controllers. Performs preventative maintenance on all equipment. Other duties as assigned.
