Support residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship Assist in monitoring the medication program Setup and assist with self-administration of medication Order and receive medication; Keep medication files and medical records current and up-to-date Prioritizes and provides encouragement and support to the residents Encourage and assist with activity programs If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat: Positive team player attitude and love working with people! Good verbal and written communication skills High School Diploma or equivalent Must be certified Medication Aide (Med Tech Certification) and/or meet the state requirements for medication aide/certification. Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
