A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DINING ROOM HOST In this full- or part-time food service position, you can expect to work various morning shifts, typically starting at 6 am and ending at 11 am.As our Dining Room host, you play an important role in ensuring our hotel guests have a positive breakfast experience. You greet customers with a warm welcome and explain the dining options available. You're always sure to keep the breakfast supplies adequately stocked and the guest area clean and tidy. You also assist guests in finding suitable seating arrangements based on their group needs.You maintain cleanliness and organization in the guest area, including cleaning tables and seats, clearing dirty dishes, and emptying trash. Above all, you enjoy interacting with guests, creating a warm and relaxing environment for breakfast service. You're a customer service rockstar, and you have a blast keeping our guests happy! WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A DINING ROOM HOST? To be successful in this food service role, we are looking for someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to provide excellent customer service.
