SAP BI Analyst Job Description Scope: Upgrade business intelligence system, SAP Business Intelligence (BI) Platform, from 4.2 to 4.3 sp 2 Tasks/Responsibilities : · Review/Analyze existing BI Landscape (SAP Business Intelligence Platform 4.2) · Perform Installs, configures Business Objects 4.3 in a clustered environment. · Perform Client tools installation at server and user machine · Develop adhoc and run existing reports using Crystal Reports 2020 as part of Testing · Perform migration of reports, user groups, access level, and connections from BI 4.2 to BI 4.3 · Perform high level testing of the content (reports, user groups) in BI 4.3 · Work with Security/Network team on BI Load balancing URL and backup · Perform Failure testing before go-live · Provide Training to SAISD Data Warehouse team on BI 4.3(BI Launchpad). · Handling the support issues from business users. · Work with SAP support in case of any BI 4.3 product related issues · Provide Postproduction support after BI 4.3 go live
