Benefits: 80 hours of paid vacation 100% paid medical Vision & dental insurance options Paid Holidays Simple IRA with a 3% match Short-term & Long-term disability Company uniform Job Title: HVAC Apprentice Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime Pay Rate: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience We have an immediate opening for an HVAC Apprentice to join our team, someone looking to build a career in the HVAC industry. We provide hands-on paid training! What you will be doing: Installing air conditioning systems to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Working directly with a lead for hands-on field training Qualifications: Valid driver's License & insurable driving record Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes Acquire EPA certification within 6 months of employment Demonstrate mechanical aptitude Follow directions as given, written and verbal Basic Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings & compliance with ALL SAFETY RULES Safe use of ladders Understand how to use a tape measure Ability to cut & drill holes Ability to work independently and as a team Ability to carry 100 pounds with assistance Arrive on time daily Commitment to developing customer service skills Willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment High school diploma or equivalent Pass a background check and drug screen Certificate of Completion from an HVAC Technical School desired Construction or similar industry experience desired Check us out online: www.therightaccompany.com apprentice, install, HVAC, labor, helper, construction, air conditioning, AC, A/C, heating, furnace, heat pump, entry level, installer, install job, entry level job
