Lia CJDR Schenectady is seeking an Entry Level Service Advisor to join our team. COMPENSATION RANGE: $16.50-$19/hour based on experience SIGN ON BONUS: N/A REQUIREMENTS: • Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent • Excellent customer service skills • Computer literacy • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Professional personal appearance & positive attitude • Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily • Must have a clean and valid driver's license KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Make service appointments via phone, email or in person • Close repair orders and go over repairs with service customers at time of pick up • Answer service phone calls and route them accordingly • Performing follow-up calls to service customers • Assist advisors with warranty claims by gathering required documentation or calling in a claim • Assist service customers with any questions they have regarding service processes, vehicle warranty and maintenance schedules • Assist service advisors in service lane by beginning the write up process or moving vehicles outside as needed • Assisting with any administrative paperwork as needed BENEFITS: • Medical, Dental and Vision • 401K Plan with Employer Match • Continued education, manufacturer hands-on and web-based training • Paid Time Off • Paid Weekly • An employer funded Life Insurance Plan • Discounts on services and parts • Employee vehicle purchase plans • Company provided uniforms ABOUT US: Founded in 1979, Lia Group Companies consist of Lia Auto Group, Vent Fitness, BurgerFi and various commercial properties including Hamilton Square shopping center in Guilderland.
