Our Opportunity: AspenHR is currently seeking an Implementation Benefits Consultant Specialist to support employee onboarding and benefit enrollments for clients joining our ASO and PEO. Role also supports the implementation of HR compliance products. What You'll Do: Implement Aspen HR benefits programs and HR services for clients and employees of small to medium sized companies Coordinate setup of HR services including background checks, labor posters, Everify, and handbooks Conduct benefits enrollment webinars with new clients and employees prior to online enrollment Create benefits materials for distribution to clients and employees Configure new hire onboarding and benefit enrollment workflows Create client and manager user access and provide system training Assist worksite employees through new hire onboarding and benefits enrollment Conduct payroll audit of benefits billing and deductions Utilize project management software to keep track of all internal and external deliverables Track and manage all inbound email requests from clients and employees in the CRM system What You'll Bring: You're a creative problem-solver and a proactive agile learner You thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You're diligent and focused on details, particularly with communication, follow-up and documentation. You have the necessary knowledge and experience in HR and benefits compliance to properly setup and advise clients. You have strong organizational skills, time management skil ls with appropriate judgment to prioritize multiple tasks. You have an aptitude for numbers and exceptional commitment to accuracy. You have a strong customer focus and the ability to work independently and in a team to deliver a seamless experience to our clients. You are tech-savvy and able to learn new programs quickly but you already have strong proficiency in Microsoft programs, particularly Excel, Word, and Powerpoint. You're excited to be part of a team delivering on the Aspen values every day.
