Our company, Sonetics, is a successful and dynamic company that provides innovative solutions for challenging team communication environments. We are currently seeking a Service Lead to join our team focused on delivering superior quality products to our customers. In this role, you will provide daily leadership to the service team to meet customer expectations . This is a hands-on role where you will also be operating as a member of the team, providing technical assistance to customers via the telephone and e-mail regarding the application, installation, and operation of Sonetics products . In addition, your responsibilities include: Respond to incoming technical customer inquiries (via e-mail, phone, and website) and assist customers in troubleshooting of products. Oversee and prioritize the daily workload to optimize customer response time and maintain an even workload. Lead employees in resolving process problems to keep work moving smoothly through the department. Work closely with Director of Sales on priorities and initiatives for process improvements for the service team. Develop and implement effective service programs and processes to optimize the customer experience and deliver on expectations. C oordinate and manage customer service projects and initiatives. Serve as an escalation point for customer issues. As a Service Lead, you are a strong communicator, excel at problem solving, and are driven by deadline and quality standards. You are a team player who is customer focused. You thrive on identifying and implementing process improvements and increase efficiencies. You are able to adapt and respond to fast changing priorities. Your experience includes: A minimum of 3 years of technical customer service experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training. Previous Lead or Supervisor experience preferred. Some college education preferred. Excellent telephone and customer service skills. Ability to analyze customer problems and provide quick and easy resolutions to their questions. Proven ability to exchange technical information over the phone and via the computer to a wide range of expertise levels. Technical troubleshooting/electronic repair skills preferred. Strong organizing, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills. Solid database experience including ERP/MRP. Good documentation writing skills. Strong Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
