Engenix is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer. Job Description: Provide instructional design, training, training development, subject matter expertise, and logistical support. Conduct academic lecture, guided discussions, instructor lead practical exercises, and simulation training in all aspects of assigned subject area. Develop academic training or provide subject matter expertise in the development of training. Work independently, via digital applications, telephonically or virtually when at their base of operations. Maintains at minimum proficiency in a single program (15B, 15D, etc.) while expanding proficiency in other programs. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Reviews and evaluates audiovisual aids that most effectively and efficiently enhance training. Develops or revises objective tests. Develops portions of training/course materials, aids, devices, etc. Evaluates training results. Job Requirements: High School graduate Be able to obtain a SECRET clearance Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Secret clearance Willingness to learn and apply new skills Good organizational skills Development or review of training/course materials, aids, devices, etc., and evaluation of training results.
