The more You smash, the more we're able to help You, clients and the environment - it's a win win win! What is the Job? Smash My Trash is operating nationwide and is now launching in the Baltimore Area!! We need a Full Time CDL B (Preferred, NOT REQUIRED) Truck Driver/ Equipment Operator/ Hydraulic Specialist who will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating our Smash Trucks. Our Smash Trucks are outfitted with the state of the art hydraulics machinery to literally compact the contents of open-top dumpsters at municipalities and businesses using just a joystick, meaning you don't physically touch any of the trash!! It takes just 7 minutes to complete a smash before you move to the next location. You'll be working with the operations manager who will coordinate smashes and truck routes with the goal of reaching sales and efficiency targets for both you and the company. Total area covered is about 20-25 miles, segmented out to ensure you smash as efficiently and quickly as possible! We want you to get paid! Part Time position - $23-$25/hr plus opportunities to earn bonuses for Smashing past your monthly target with smart phone data reimbursement! Massive potential for Growth and Advancement within the company.* What We Need from You CDL Class B (preferred) - At Least 3-5 Years experience is Required and a Valid DOT Card(required). Diesel mechanic/ hydraulic equipment technician experience is Required. Skillfully operating a 3-ton rolling drum on a hydraulic boom; smashing all its contents just takes 7 minutes!* Strong work ethic, easy to work with, accountable and someone who acts with integrity. Experience driving and maintaining a Kenworth Truck is a plus. DOT Physical Exam, Background Check and Drug Screening required. Physically be able to safely climb up and down a 4 foot ladder 20+ times a day. Skilled with a smartphone and embraces the use of technology to properly track routes as a means to operate as safely and efficiently as possible.
