What you will be doing: Dispatched from home Runing service calls and scheduled annual maintenance Completing repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems Providing customer with a high-quality experience Give feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing Qualifications & Skills: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 2 + years of HVAC Service experience in commercial and residential systems EPA Universal Certification Experienced at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for wide range of equipment Able to consult with customer on making repair and replace decisions Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Excellent customer service skills Organized with the ability to work independently Goal oriented and sales driven Willingness to attended training classes and seminars Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices Familiar with air balancing principles and techniques Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
