Corporate Information Technology System Administrator Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 . Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Location : Colorado Springs, Colorado. This is not a remote position. Additional Compensation: This position is eligible for an end-of-year bonus. The Corporate IT System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the company's information technology systems and infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring that all technology-related issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to employees and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Ensure the security and reliability of the company's network and systems. Manage and maintain the company's servers, databases, and software applications. Monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements. Assist with procuring, installing, and configuring new hardware and software. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Manage and maintain inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and peripherals. Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on hardware and software as needed. Provide training and support to end-users on technology-related issues. Requirements: 5+ years of systems administration/information technology experience with an Associate degree OR a High School Diploma/GED with 2 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Network experience with protocols and best practices. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office, and other common business applications. Experience with server management, networking, firewalls, and security protocols. Experience with automation and PowerShell. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex issues. Professional certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are a plus. Experience with CMMC framework, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification, is a plus. Able to resolve routine issues and problems. Ability to communicate scope and state of work, including articulating roadblocks. Proactive and thoughtful in seeking clarification and asking questions. Finds the right balance between persevering on a problem and asking for help. Takes responsibility for their personal development, has a growth mindset. Displays a strong sense of ownership for projects. Desired Education: 5+ years of systems administration/information technology experience with an Associate degree OR a High School Diploma/GED with 2 additional years of experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Clearance Requirement: This position requires the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance. To be eligible for a security clearance, US Citizenship is required, and an employee must agree to participate in a background screen and credit check.
