Marco's Pizza is currently hiring for a full-time Pizza Restaurant Store Manager to manage the operations of our food service establishment in the Marietta, GA area. This management position in the food service industry earns a competitive salary , of $40,000 - $45,000 a year . DAY-TO-DAY This restaurant management position is full-time and flexible, depending on what the store needs, and will include a fair mixture of days and nights. We are open 7 days a week from 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM on weeknights and 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM on the weekends. In this full-time role, you are vital to the success of our food service establishment. You keep our brand standards in all aspects of our operations. Carefully, you manage our inventory, keeping track of the needs of our store so that you can put in accurate weekly orders. Each week, you create the schedule according to each employee's availability and the needs of the restaurant. You oversee the team as they prepare and serve delicious food. An expert on each station, you step in if the crew needs help. Additionally, you manage all aspects of hiring from sorting through applications to interviewing, onboarding, and training.
