We provide customers across the entire credit spectrum access to financing and refinancing programs with competitive rates and flexible terms through our direct-to-consumer and dealer programs. We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride . We have an immediate need for a Collector to join our rapidly growing team located in Irving, TX. This position is onsite Monday - Friday with rotating Saturday coverage. Schedule hours are typically 9am-6pm / one 11am - 7pm rotating shift during week / Saturday is 9am - 6pm Key Responsibilities Establish contact with consumers to discuss delinquencies, and ability/willingness to pay and identify the appropriate repayment programs/options available to them Record accurate and detailed notes; update account status and customer information into the database Ensure accuracy of customer accounts Navigate through multiple computer applications to update account notes Foster a rapport with customers Assist with various functions as needed Education and Experience Minimum two-year college degree preferred. Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree 1-5 years Collections experience Strong negotiation skills Effective decision making skills Strong listening, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills The ability to interact with a variety of personalities and scenarios Excellent work ethic and attendance. Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
