JOB TITLE : Dishwasher REPORTS DIRECTLY TO : BOH Management (Chef and Sous Chefs) About Us . We offer a modern twist on pickleball with innovative technology designed to keep players engaged, entertained, and excited to come back for more. Starting with our flagship venue in Charlotte's Lower South End, Rally is reinventing recreation, and we're looking for enthusiastic, hospitality-oriented individuals to join our team! The Position. The Dishwasher is r esponsible for washing and sanitizing all food service utensils and miscellaneous items such as plates, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, etc. The Dishwasher is also responsible for assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of the back of the house area. May have additional cleaning duties specific to the venue. What Y ou'll D o : Maintain a pace sufficient to prevent back up of dirty dishes, glasses etc. Return and restock all items to appropriate area after washing and sanitizing. Maintain dishwashing equipment and communicate potential issues to management. Assist with general cleanliness of the back of house and restrooms. Identify cleaning supplies and notify Management when running low. Empty garbage (checking for restaurant supplies) and keep garbage areas clean and covered. Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures. Get along with others and be a team player. Other duties will be assigned as needed. Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all venue areas, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces. Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels. While experience and hard skills are important, cultural fit is critical.
