Job Duties: Perform normal technician repair duties with additional responsibilities as follows:-Assign technicians with service repair work-Supervise production staff. Assist customers with repair needs-Organize and maintain shop schedules to meet deliveries and ensure customer satisfactionRequirements:-Previous experience-Basic/intermediate computer skills-Effective communication skills-Effective leadership skills-Experience with CAT computer applications-As the lead mechanic when workload necessitates the successful candidate will be required to perform normal technician duties-Thorough understanding of shop practices and procedures focusing on work order processes-Knowledge of product and part inventory-Working skills in researching and ordering of parts coupled with computer supported clerical abilityProven ability to organize and prioritize work based on time constraints-Strong communication skills for dealing with customers and fellow employeesGraduate of a technical school, military school, or relevant working experience acceptable to the company.
