The successful candidate will be proficient in building relationships, and increase dealer funding ratio. Business Development Associates are also responsible for promoting and encouraging company products and services to existing and potential dealer customers while maintaining a superior customer service platform. This individual will be a detailed oriented, innovative self-starter and a congenial salesperson. Basic Responsibilities Consistently meet and exceed sales goals Competitively prospect new business in local and regional territories as assigned Generate leads by cold calling local businesses, profiling clients, and presenting products and services Service existing accounts in local and regional territories Plan and organize a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets Develop sales presentations Develop potential and new customer accounts Handle Dealer questions, complaints and concerns Train dealers on comp[any products and services Travel to dealer locations within an assigned local and regional territory required Additional duties and responsibilities as required or assigned Skills & Qualifications Communication skills Previous sales and marketing experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Effective time management and planning skills Self-motivated Strong negotiating and networking skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to relate and address dealer requests and inquires Creative problem solver Basic computer skills Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS (case by case) depends on area Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Valid driver's license required Compensation: DOE Company Benefits 401K with company match Medical, dental and vision Optional life insurance Paid holidays Paid vacation and sick days Lobel Financial is a full-spectrum auto financing solution that specializes in the acquisition and servicing of prime to sub-prime motor vehicle retail installment contracts.
