Tanner Clinic has an immediate opening for a Patient Accounts Representative.Location: Kaysville Business OfficeFull and part time hours available.FT Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmPT Hours: 25 hours per week; 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM Responsibilities: Process patient's payments. Solve patient's questions and concerns related to their accounts. Work with software to track and process accounts. Reconcile patient's payments. Collect balances on patient accounts. Provide excellent customer service to patients. Expectations for Success: Basic computer skills required. Ability to resolve patient issues of conflicts.
