What you will be doing: The Facility Administrator of MP's Client is responsible for development and oversight of budget, personnel management, supply chain procurement and management, and implementation of new programs. The Facility Administrator Reviews work schedules with supervisors who assign duties to team members to maintain patient flow and achieve production goals. This position directs the overall operations of the technical and support staff and works with management, radiologists and referring physicians to promote high quality and cost-effective health care. Provides leadership, direction, organization and management while creating an environment that fosters high morale, employee satisfaction, and loyalty. This position will focus on Financial Management , Risk Management/Quality Assurance Compliance, Facility/Equipment Management, Patient Care Management, Staff Management and Other Duties may include but may not be limited to. Our ideal candidate has: Education: Associate degree Required, Bachelor's Degree in related area strongly preferred. Experience : 5+ years' experience managing radiology operations Licensure/Certifications: Certified Radiology Administrator is preferred. Board Certified in one or more of the following modalities: RT, MR, US, CT, M and in good standing with the ARRT/ARDMS preferred. ARRT (M) highly preferred! Current CPR/BLS Certification required (or obtained within 60 days of hire). Knowledge/Skills: Consistently model AIDET principles, service excellence and service recovery. Consistently demonstrate commitment to safe practices while abiding by all OSHA and HIPAA guidelines. Basic computer skills including Email, Excel, Word, and Power Point. Have the ability to comprehend and utilize Electronic Medical Record System and PACS Systems. Use of Imaging equipment, contrast injectors and general office equipment. Ability to learn other systems applicable to Clinical operations. About our client: MP's Client have expanded their outpatient imaging service area to the greater Triangle are and more of the Triad. Additional information: Conditions of employment: Annual flu shot, COVID Vaccine, CPR Certification, compliance with OSHA and HIPAA guidelines, wear all required Personal Protective Equipment and Radiation Dosimeter Badge. Paid Holidays Off! Job Type: Full Time, Monday - Friday. No night shift! Location: Greensboro, NC 27405 Compensation Range: $85k - $128k based on experience, education and other variable factors.
