Ocean State Behavioral (OSB) is currently looking for a Licensed Clinician (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW) to work with adults, children, and families in our Home-Based (HBTS/PASS) and Outpatient (OP) programs. The Licensed Clinician is responsible for the development and implementation of home-based and outpatient treatment plan. The Licensed Clinician is also responsible for the supervision, training, and management of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) implementing the treatment methodologies outlined and in the home-based treatment plans. This position is full-time with benefits. Job Duties Include: * Provide high quality mental health assessment and treatment to children, adults and families for our in home-based or outpatient programs. * Ensure compliance and to maintain standards of care stipulated by OSB policies and procedures, Medicaid, Managed Care Organizations, EOHHS and other applicable regulations. *Provide ongoing clinical training, supervision, and support to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). * Attend staff meetings and trainings as required and to regularly meet with Clinical Director in accordance with OSB policies and to carry out supervisory directives to ensure quality and efficient treatment. * Perform all professional and administrative functions as required to provide appropriate services to clients including adequate, complete, and timely documentation of progress notes. Requirements: * Current RI License (LMHC/LMFT/LICSW) * Meets listed transportation requirements (No history of DUI, a year free of vehicle accidents, valid vehicle insurance, valid vehicle registration, and valid state inspection sticker). * Will allow agency to run a DCYF CANTS clearance check. * Will provide the agency with an original BCI from the Rhode Island Attorney General's office. Salary & Benefits: This is a full-time position with an excellent benefits package, competitive salary, and a wonderful work environment! Salary starts at $65,000 for a Licensed Clinician, pay will be based on experience and credentials.
