Pathlight is happy to announce the re-opening of our Greenfield Community Based Day Services Program! While we work to staff and prepare for re-opening of our day program, we will be looking for applicants that are flexible to train and support neighboring group homes in Franklin county at this time. We have multiple full time Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm and 7:30am-3:30pm positions available. Payrate starts at: $20.00/hr. A ll of the individuals that attend the Greenfield Community Based Day Services Program are served with an individualized and person centered approach in order to enhance l eisure skills, social skills, safety skills, on-task skills, job readiness skills, activities of daily living, and other essential areas just to name a few that you'd help support the individuals we serve to achieve. We b elieve that all people want to live fulfilling, happy lives. Our goal is to provide the individual those services that support individual choice and maximize independence. Whether individuals secure jobs or volunteer placements, they benefit. Utilizing their unique set of skills, they learn responsibility, dependability, and pride in their accomplishments, and they grow through involvement in the community. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will provide aid, with the aim of helping each individual realize their fullest potential. What's in it for you?
