Local Candidates Only We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our team and help us achieve our goals. As the Sales Administrator, you will help with incoming orders, follow up with clients and provide support for sales representatives. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a strong commitment to providing best-in class customer service. If you are organized, you have energy and emit the same, thrive in a team environment, let's talk. This is a great entry level role and could be the start of a career for you! Schedule:3 days in the office, 2 days wfh- after training is completed Compensation: $55k-$60k Essential Functions Process orders using SalesForce. Check data accuracy in orders compared with provided quotations. Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries Maintain and update sales and customer records. Follow up with clients regarding open quotations Develop biweekly/monthly sales reports for our sales team Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent Hands on experience with CRM software(SalesForce) and MS Office Understanding of sales performance metrics Excellent organizational and multitasking skills A team player with high level of dedication Ability to work under strict deadlines and high volume Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
