A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR This full-time customer service role typically works 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. As our Office Administrator, you play a pivotal role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You're the go-to person for all things administrative and the friendly face that clients and technicians rely on for support. When clients call in, you answer their questions and provide them with the information they need to make informed decisions. You create service calls and set up subsequent visits, making sure the necessary tools and equipment are on hand for our technicians to complete each job. Communicating proactively with our technicians, you ensure that they're on track and able to complete their jobs on time, and you provide them with field tech support to help them solve any issues that may arise. Data and metrics are a big part of your job, and you spend time tracking labor and other key performance indicators to help us make informed decisions about how to improve our operations. You also provide general office support, helping out with billing and ensuring that our work environment is clean, organized, and efficient. Your satisfaction comes from providing great customer service and watching our company thrive as a direct result of your hard work! QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR 1+ years of administrative experience 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office in a professional setting Valid driver's license Reliable transportation We are looking for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and has excellent communication and customer service skills.
