Job Title: Marketing Administrative Assistant (2023 SUMMER INTERNSHIP) Level: Entry Department: Marketing Reports to : Director of Marketing FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant as a summer internship to provide administrative support to our sales and marketing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various sales and marketing tasks, including assisting with sales and marketing events, managing databases, preparing reports and presentations, and providing general administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements Assist with coordination of sales and marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer events Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns Manage databases and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect information Prepare reports and presentations for the sales and marketing teams Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in a sales and marketing administrative role or similar position Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional and customer-focused attitude Please note that this is an internship position and there is no guarantee of full-time employment upon completion of the internship.
