Position requirements are as follows: Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience as an executive assistant Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) with typing of 60WPM Excellent writing and editing skills Strong communication skills that build and sustain relationships with management, staff, customers, vendors and community based organizations Ability to transcribe from recorder and/or paraphrase into meeting minutes Detail-oriented and good follow-up skills Consistent commitment to maintain confidentiality Guarantee offers a wide range of benefits including health, dental, and long-term disability insurance; vacation, 40lK and ESOP.
