Job Description Saela is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our payroll team! As a Payroll Administrator, you will assist with processing payroll on time and accurately. You will create and process payroll sheets for each state and department we have. You will also ensure federal, state, and local laws are followed with exactness according to government regulations. We Why Saela? $68000 - $80000 / year (DOE) Company paid health (employee only) Vision and dental plans available 401K and life insurance available Starting at 10 days of PTO a year 10 Paid Holiday's Sick Days A state-of-the-art workout facility with locker rooms and showers Coco-Cola free style soda machine NBA regulation-size indoor basketball court Primary Responsibilities Ensure accurate recording and processing of company's payroll for over 500 employees Work with department leadership to create and advice and competitive compensation plan are detailed and clear Help create efficient and sustainable payroll processes to promote company growth Input, update, and process sensitive employee payroll information requiring absolute confidentiality and professionalism Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulating authorities Provide timely and accurate financial reconciliations Understand and ensure compliance of payroll taxation, garnishments, and other pay benefits Maintain workers compensation and unemployment claims Manager W-2s and audit information to ensure accuracy at year end Verify and update employee contact information and personal data Other duties as assigned Qualifications 1-year of experience with payroll processing (required) Experience with commissions and bonuses (required) Experience with bi-monthly pay schedules (preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Excel Able to maintain 100% confidentiality and discretion High attention to detail and ability to work independently Proficient in iSolved/Newtek payroll software (preferred)
