Locally owned and operated Residential HVAC company is hiring an HVAC Service Technician! This position is for someone with residential and/or light commercial experience. We pay 100% for your NATE & Mitsubishi Certifications. We are Trane Comfort Specialist and BPI Certified Professionals. Position: HVAC Residential Service Technician Compensation: $70,000 - $150,000 per year. Hourly pay + Commission & Spiffs. Uncapped earning potential Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 40+ hours per week + available overtime Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 40 hours of paid vacation 40 hours of sick leave 7 paid holidays 401K with match Company take-home vehicle / uniform / iPhone / iPad Continuing Education Growth Opportunities What you will be doing: Performing service and maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment Consulting customer on repairs and indoor air quality needs Providing excellent customer service Once a month on-call rotation, dispatched from home Growing your career! Qualifications / Skills: Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 2 + years of experience in HVAC service Universal EPA Certified Proficient understanding of refrigerant, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation / repair of all residential and light commercial systems Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings Ability to consult on customer complaints and make repair and replacement decisions Understand and apply all codes for residential and light commercial Ability to handle system startup and adjustments Must pass drug and background screens experienced service technician, service tech, journeyman technician, hvac service, ac, duct, boiler, service hvac jobs
