POSITION OBJECTIVE: As a Distance Driver, you will support the logistics department by meeting other drivers at dedicated locations and Hubs. You will deliver orders, supplies, and other items destined for our hubs in Houston, Sioux City, and Cleveland. This position will be based out of our Atlanta Distribution Center, and you will operate box trucks provided by Dapper & Dashing. You will... Deliver products to store locations in a timely manner. Load and unload vehicle. Maintain accurate inventory of packages and materials. Complete route log sheets. Keep vehicles in a tidy manner. Always maintain safe driving practices. Frequently move packages up to 50 lbs. or more Must be able to pass a DOT Medical / Physical Exam. Frequent motor vehicle travel and some overnight stays are necessary. You have... High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, preferred. Clean Motor Vehicle Record Ability to adapt and quickly learn new processes. Ability to troubleshoot solutions. Ability to foster a positive working environment. Ability to work independently and on a team. Ability to promote a safe and healthy work atmosphere.
