Job Summary: Bedrosians is seeking a Marketing Coordinator responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager and creative team by coordinating deliverables, creative reviews and approvals, schedules and timelines, and process guidelines in a driven, collaborative, and highly organized manner with a keen eye for details. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate quotes, proofs and order materials for execution of new product launches and marketing campaigns Assist in managing the print processes for sampling materials with outside vendors Coordinate all asset deliveries and ensure on-time deliverables for creatives Monitor job progress by tracking job schedules; updating schedules within Asana; Communicating changes and protect status; resolving problems Helps manage the upload of final assets to corresponding platforms Qualifications: Minimum of 1-2 years of marketing project management experience including a track record of effectively delivering projects in a fast-moving environment Strong project management experience including project planning, timeline management, and ability to define and meet deadlines Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
